The Management Team at Middle East Specialised Medical Centre (MESMC) is comprised of a diverse group of experienced individuals who are dedicated to the maintenance and continuing development of a health care facility which is second to none in its responsiveness to the community. Under the direction of CEO Dr.Samah S. Obaied, a group of talented and caring professionals has been assembled. Their administration of the Medical Center's resources will guarantee the vibrancy of the institution as it grows to meet the challenges of health care delivery in the 21st century.

MEDICAL SERVICES &MARKETING DEPARTMENT: Marketing Department is responsible for looking after the center's image through proper management of marketing communications; this role includes monitoring the overall look of Middle East Specialised Medical Centre facilities. Also, it is responsible for creating, improving, pricing, promoting and managing Middle East Specialised Medical Center's healthcare service products. Furthermore, Marketing Department is concerned with expanding the centre's patient/customer base and monitoring the patient satisfaction level.

The FINANCE DEPARTMENT: of the Middle East Specialised Medical Centre is devoted to safeguard the financial interests of the Centre by working in a competent and professional manner.  Further, the staff of the department is wholeheartedly dedicated to provide related financial services to all the customers with utmost courtesy and in a timely manner which will enhance the centre’s reputation of a Health Care facility of International standards.

 

PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION: Middle East Specialised Medical Centre, Abu Dhabi is having a separate personnel department to deal with the human resources management functions in the centre.

  • The personnel administration deals with the entire man power planning in the centre in which it covers the functions of Recruitment and Selection

  • Induction training

  • Performance appraisals

  • Training and development etc.

A clear job description is provided to all staff and as per the job specifications we are selecting the staff, and the necessary induction is given to the selected staff. The staff is also evaluated on a yearly basis, and if the performance is not up to the set standards then they are provided with the necessary training and development. External training is also arranged to the staff in the necessities.
 

MEDICAL RECORDS: MESMC is having a separate records department and all the patient files and other records related to the patients are kept there, as per the standards. We are keeping the coding system and are stored as per the coding. The files are used, when the patient revisits the centre and the files are submitted to the doctors within no delays.
