DEPARTMENT: Marketing
Department is responsible for looking after the
center's image through proper management of
marketing communications; this role includes
monitoring the overall look of Middle East
Specialised Medical Centre facilities. Also, it
is responsible for creating, improving, pricing,
promoting and managing Middle East Specialised
Medical Center's healthcare service products.
Furthermore, Marketing Department is concerned
with expanding the centre's patient/customer
base and monitoring the patient satisfaction
level.
The
FINANCE DEPARTMENT: of
the Middle
East Specialised Medical
Centre is devoted to safeguard
the financial interests of the Centre by working
in a competent and professional manner.
Further, the staff of the department is
wholeheartedly dedicated to provide related
financial services to all the customers with
utmost courtesy and in a timely manner which
will enhance the centre’s reputation of a Health
Care facility of International
standards.
PERSONNEL
ADMINISTRATION:
Middle East
Specialised Medical Centre, Abu Dhabi is having
a separate personnel department to deal with the
human resources management functions in the
centre.
A clear job
description is provided to all staff and as per
the job specifications we are selecting the
staff, and the necessary induction is given to
the selected staff. The staff is also evaluated
on a yearly basis, and if the performance is not
up to the set standards then they are provided
with the necessary training and development.
External training is also arranged to the staff
in the
necessities.
