Please make an appointment at least 48hrs prior to the desired date & time. You should recieve a telephone confirmation from one of our staff members. If unfortunately the desired appointment is unavailable our call centre will telephone or email you with other optional times, details or arrangements.

To make an appointment online simply fill out the following form and press the submit button. Once submitted the Centre call centre will make the appropriate arrangements and either call you by the telephone number you specify or reply to the e-mail address you have provided for confirmation.
